Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, store credit for items returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer covers return postage for change of mind or sizing exchanges.
We aim to process your refund within 14 working days from receipt to our warehouse.
After we have sent your refund you will receive an email notification.
Please note it can take a further 5 working days for the funds to clear in your account. This processing time depends on your bank so please contact them directly if 5 working days have passed and you have not received the funds.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free return labels at this time and returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary.
Orders and Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide and use a variety of couriers selected specifically for the fastest delivery speed possible at the most reasonable prices. Please keep in mind that international orders are subject to courier delays and may take slightly longer to get to the delivery address.
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2pm PST on weekdays will likely be processed and shipped the following day. Purchases made after 9am PST on a Friday or over the weekend will likely be processed and shipped out the following Monday. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 2-5 business days for domestic shipments in Australia and 4-14 business days for international shipments to be delivered.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via live chat or our contact page. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancelations.

Products and Sizing
We offer chains in a range of lengths: 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, & 26 inches. Our 22" chains tend to be the most popular length for most men. This length typically falls at a comfortable position on the chest, not too short or too long. But it’s important to consider your own personal preference as well as the diameter of your neck, which will largely determine where the chain lays on your chest. Check out our chain size guide on every product page for a visual reference.
We offer free exchanges for products that need resizing, please contact us and we will arrange that for you. Buy pays for return postage
Dimoraco exclusively uses precious metals such as 925 sterling silver and 18k Gold throughout our catalog unless specified otherwise. You can view the product materials in the drop down menu of the product page.

We prioritize the use of premium materials, such as 925 sterling silver and 18k gold, ensuring that our pieces are not only exquisite but also safe and hypoallergenic. Each component is thoughtfully selected to minimize the risk of skin irritation, allowing you to enjoy our stunning designs without any concerns. However, we recommend that individuals with specific sensitivities perform a patch test before wearing any new jewelry, as individual reactions may vary.
We restock items regularly, but we recommend that you sign up for product stock notification via the product page or email us so you can be notified as soon as it arrives back in stock.
Our materials are specifically chosen for their durability, so that you can wear your DIMORACO chain every day. You may get your chain wet, but we recommend drying your products as soon as possible with a cloth towel. Like all precious metals, to maintain lasting shine and durability you will want to keep it away from harsh chemicals.
Payments
First, add items to your cart. During checkout, you will be given the option select Shop Pay under Express Checkout or you can select Shop Pay during the payment section of the checkout process. The 3 remaining payments are due 2, 4, and 6 weeks after your order is placed. These payments can be made manually or set up as automatic payments. You can also pay off the installments early or all at once.
We currently offer Shop Pay and KLARNA as a payment plan. You can split your order amount into 4 equal payments, with the first installment due at checkout.
